If you are looking for someone who listens deeply, cares fiercely, and stands by you from day one to far beyond closing day, I am ready when you are. Let us find not just any house, but the one that feels like home.

My passion for real estate is rooted in my own story. As someone who spent my childhood in foster care, I never knew what it meant to feel safe, secure, or truly grounded in one place. That experience did not just shape me. It fueled my purpose. Today, I believe home is far more than walls and a roof. It is where you feel seen, protected, and at peace.

That belief guides everything I do.

Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, relocating from out of town, growing your family, or navigating the emotional shift of downsizing, I meet you where you are with compassion, clarity, and steady support.

With over 25 years of service experience and 8 years in real estate including residential sales, property management, and investing, I bring more than market knowledge. I bring patience, honesty, and an over communicator’s heart. My clients never receive cookie cutter advice or pressure. They receive a trusted guide who listens carefully, advocates fiercely, and remains a resource long after closing.

This work is not about transactions. It is about people, stories, and creating the sense of security I once only dreamed of. I believe everyone deserves to feel at home, both in the process and in the place, they choose to live.

If you are looking for a Realtor who leads with heart, protects your best interests, and treats your journey like it truly matters, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Why I Started

Because Everyone Deserves a Place That Feels Like Home

I Know What It Is Like to Grow Up Without the Feeling of Home

In a world where real estate can feel transactional, I lead with heart. While many focus on the deal, I focus on the people living in it. I know what it feels like not to have a place to call home because I grew up without one. My mission in real estate is personal. I have walked through instability, uncertainty, and constant change. That is why I show up differently.

I help people buy and sell homes with care, honesty, and relentless dedication. I am not here to pressure you. I am here to protect you. My clients become family. I do the work others avoid. I dig deeper, show up fully, and fight for your goals like they are my own. I walk with you through every detail with both heart and expertise.

With every home bought or sold, I donate to a local cause. Real estate should serve people, not just profit. Whether it is helping rescue animals, safeguarding domestic violence victims, feeding families in need, honoring veterans, or supporting children in foster care, together we make your home purchase or sale matter in a bigger way.

What Sets Me Apart

For more than 25 years, I have dedicated my life to serving people by building trust, solving problems, and creating lasting relationships. Over the last eight years, my focus has been on real estate, including property management, investing, and residential real estate services. My husband and I own both short term and long term rentals, which allows me to share real, firsthand knowledge and guidance to benefit my clients.

Experience and Dedication

When you are deciding who to work with, please know this: I care deeply. I work harder than anyone I know, and I communicate every step of the way to ensure that you always feel informed, supported, and valued.

Heart and Values

My childhood shaped who I am today. It taught me empathy, patience, kindness, and the importance of going above and beyond for others. If I am awake, I am available to help my clients. I believe real estate is not about transactions. It is about relationships that continue long after the “sold” sign goes up.

Integrity and Commitment

My clients know they can always count on me for honesty, loyalty, and hard work. I will never mislead anyone about the market, and I will always act with full integrity. Keeping my word matters deeply to me because trust is everything. My clients know they can depend on me to be reliable, consistent, and fully committed to their goals.

Crystal Francesconi

Raleigh Suburbs Realtor, Community Advocate, and Life Enthusiast

I have always loved learning and growing.

Life was full when I chose to pursue college while working full time and raising my son as a toddler. During that season, I earned an associate degree in psychology and a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, graduating magna cum laude. Those years taught me discipline, perseverance, and the deep satisfaction that comes from accomplishing goals, even when life feels busy and demanding.

I attended a technical high school for early childhood education and was offered multiple internships, but I chose a path that allowed me to become independent. I have always loved children and animals, and I believe the joy, curiosity, and energy they bring into our lives is something we can all use more of. The way they experience the world with wonder and excitement is a reminder of how important it is to embrace life fully. My husband and I rescued two brother cats from a local rescue, and they bring daily laughter and comfort into our home. Helping others find a place where they feel safe, can make it their own, welcome a pet, paint the walls, and build lasting memories is one of the greatest joys of my life.

Family and community are at the center of everything I do.

My husband and I have watched our son grow into his own adventure along the coast of North Carolina, and I now embrace this season of life with the freedom to focus on my passions and serving others. For many years, all I ever wanted was to be a mother, something I did not have growing up. I devoted myself fully to my family and to raising my son. Now, as an empty nester, I am discovering a new chapter and learning how to embrace my passions, give back, and live fully for myself while continuing to serve others.

I attend church in Fuquay Varina, enjoy walking with friends at Campbell University, and find joy in simple moments such as cooking, reading, cleaning, laughing, and watching uplifting and inspirational movies and shows. Cooking gives me space to slow down, quiet my mind, and be fully present.

I thrive when life is full, and I love building meaningful relationships in my community.

I am not here to simply sell houses. I am here to guide, support, and advocate for my clients every step of the way. I listen carefully, provide clarity, and help people make confident decisions with patience, empathy, and understanding. I know from my own life that the right support, care, and determination can change everything, and that is exactly what I bring to every person I serve. I help people find not just a house, but a home that fits their story, their dreams, and their life.

Growing up in foster care taught me lessons that still guide me today. I learned independence, resilience, and determination long before adulthood. Aging out of the system and learning how to stand on my own forced me to face the real world head on.

I took my first full time job at a call center simply to pay my bills and support myself. Those early experiences shaped how I approach both life and work. I learned how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems creatively, and keep moving forward even when circumstances are difficult.

That determination is part of who I am, and it is the same determination I bring to every client I serve in real estate. I advocate fiercely, listen carefully, and guide people through big decisions with patience, honesty, and care.
